Mixed opinions about ASOS — why?

Looking through various threads about ASOS, reactions seem quite divided. My own experience has been mostly consistent a decent selection, fair prices, and items that usually match the photos. At the same time, others describe things quite differently. It seems that expectations, differences between brands, and even location can influence how people perceive the same store. The contrast in views is interesting in itself.

Reactions to ASOS really vary depending on what matters most to someone: prices, brand selection, or delivery speed. In my case, orders have generally met expectations, but I've also seen how opinions can vary greatly in online discussions. When the conversation turns to authenticity, the question often arises: “What do people say about the authenticity of ASOS products?” From what I've read, most shoppers describe receiving authentic brand-name products, especially considering that ASOS works directly with brands and also sells its own lines. Differences in perception often seem more related to fit, fabric expectations, or individual experience than to authenticity itself.
