Annoyed by limited system functionality after an upgrade

I decided to refresh my hardware and moved the system to a new M.2 drive, and then it started… Now every time I boot up, I get a notification saying I need to validate the software copy. The worst part is that all personalization is blocked: I can’t even recolor desktop icons or change the boring default screensaver. I feel like a guest on my own computer. I have no desire to pay a huge amount for a new key after investing in the drive. Does anyone know a way to regain full admin control over the interface and remove that message from the corner?

System suddenly starts limiting even basic settings, it’s really frustrating. I ran into something similar after replacing a motherboard, when the computer started behaving differently and some personalization options became unavailable. While reading through different tech discussions and user threads, I noticed people mentioning kmspico in conversations about situations like this. After checking a few system adjustments and fixes, the desktop finally looked normal again and the interface settings were accessible like before. 👍
