Looking to buy Lex vodka for an anniversary toast - quick question!

Good afternoon folks,

My wife and I are heading up to a log cabin in the Lake District next month for our 10th wedding anniversary. Neither of us are big Champagne drinkers, so I want to get a seriously high-end clear spirit to toast with instead.

I was doing a bit of digging online and found Lex vodka here https://www.lex.vodka/. I really like what the reviews on various lifestyle blogs are saying about it having absolutely zero harsh ethanol burn, and the heavy glass bottle looks properly premium for a gift. I'm literally ready to buy it today, but I just want to ask the connoisseurs on here: is it best served straight out of the freezer, or should I keep it at room temperature and pour it over ice so I don't kill those subtle linden flower notes? Cheers for the help!
