Vancouver Cancuks' Player, Richard Brodeur, will be exhibiting his Artwork at Art Vancouver this Weekend

Vancouver, BC – April 19, 2018 - The upcoming art fair Art! Vancouver, taking place April 19 th to the 22nd at the Vancouver Convention Centre, celebrates the diverse work of local and international artists.


Among these poll of talent this year is former NHL Goalie and Vancouver Canuck player, Richard Brodeur. Richard Brodeur’s passion for art developed at a young age and continued throughout his professional career. Since his retirement, he has established himself as an accomplished local artist. As a medium, Brodeur utilizes oils, acrylics, and watercolours to create abstract paintings with a highlight on images of Canadian landscape. His most popular series is a collection of paintings is titled “My Childhood Hockey Memories.” The series depicts colourful imagery of youth playing hockey on frozen ponds, backyard rinks, streets and back alleys – paying homage to the Canadian winter that is beloved by millions.

Art! Vancouver is excited to have Brodeur return to Western Canada’s largest international art fair, where he will be displaying his work from April 19th to the 22nd at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
