I often wonder if it’s actually possible to make significant life changes just by using an app. I see so many self-improvement and productivity apps advertised, but can they REALLY transform your life? I feel like there's more to it than just downloading something on your phone. I'm just wondering if anyone has truly experienced a positive transformation through an app alone.
