Trouble with the daily crossword app sync?

I’ve been a loyal reader for years primarily for the puzzles, but lately, my progress isn't syncing between my phone and my laptop when I’m halfway through a crossword. It’s a bit annoying because I like to start it during breakfast and finish it over lunch at work without having to fill in all the letters again. Is this a known bug with the current version of the digital edition, or is there a setting I need to toggle in my profile?

It’s the little things like a broken sync feature that can really throw off your daily routine, especially when you’re on a winning streak with the puzzles. When my app started acting up, I checked the roanoke phone number to see if there were any recent announcements about server maintenance that might be affecting the user accounts. Usually, logging out and back in on all your devices can force a fresh sync, but if that doesn't work, their technical support team is usually pretty quick about getting those little glitches sorted out. It's definitely worth a quick call to get back to your daily ritual.
