How do you get fast, clear resolution from optical customer support?
I’ve had a few frustrating experiences trying to sort out an issue with glasses I ordered, and it feels like each customer service contact goes in circles. Sometimes emails aren’t replied to, and when I call, I’m put on hold forever or transferred repeatedly. I’d really like to know what has worked for others — do you follow up with multiple channels, are there specific ways to escalate, or is persistence the only answer? Any tips from people who eventually got satisfaction would be helpful before I try again.
