Organizing Notes and Information Digitally

Digital note-taking tools often become part of daily routines. I’m curious how people usually feel about them after extended use. Does reliance increase or fade?

Using a note-taking app every day slowly shifted my expectations. At first, everything felt intuitive and light, almost invisible in daily workflow. Over time, deeper needs surfaced, especially around structure and how quickly information could be retrieved under pressure. During reevaluation, deliberately Evernote reviews supported reflection on how consistency matters more than visual appeal. That moment changed how I judged the tool. Instead of focusing on novelty or interface tweaks, I started paying attention to reliability during long workdays, which made assessment feel more grounded and practical.
